I'm Kelly Wombey and a few years ago I was standing in a shearing shed, covered in wool and dust, realising that even though I loved rural life, relying on seasonal, physical work wasn’t going to give me the stability or future I wanted.

I knew I needed a better way — one that lets me stay on the land I love while creating more choice and more opportunity for myself and my family.

Before this, I was a blue-collar wool classer doing the only work I’d ever known, pushing through major health challenges and long, exhausting days. The traditional path of working hard and hoping it paid off just wasn’t leading me toward the life I dreamed of.

So when I found the online space, I backed myself even though I had no experience and didn’t see myself as a leader. That one decision changed everything!

Today I’m building a business that fits around farm life, gives me real stability, and allows me to mentor ambitious rural women across Australia and the globe who want more for their own lives too. I know the doubts, the fears and the uncertainty — and I also know how powerful things become when you trust that pull toward something bigger.
